Please read through the drop off and pick up protocol.  If parents would like to stay for the session, please drop off your player then park in the main parking lot.  We have limited room upstairs for viewing, so first come first serve basis.  

If your player is not feeling well or has been sick, please keep them home until they are feeling better.  Review the policy below for details.

Returning players that have already attended, only have to fill out paperwork the first time for all summer events.  If you are a new player to our ATown program there will be a player packet  we need to be filled out on the first day of attendance.

Prep:  All players must bring their own water bottle and arrive 15min early for session. If there is a change in your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing atownvboffice@gmail.com 

 As we are on the back end of the Covid pandemic we will continue to monitor and adjust protocol; There may be limited space due to Covid-19 regulations there may be limited spots and a waiting list.

Check In:  Arrive 15min early & pull to the left side of the church.  You will see a "Round a Bout", pull around and start a car line for drop off. The players will enter at the side of facility.  PLEASE start the car line for pick up in the main parking lot to the right of the church. We will walk players out for pick up.   WEATHER:  If there is bad weather such as rain or cold weather, pick up will be in the round-about next to the facility.

Player who Drive: We ask players who drive to park near the entry door, parking down the side of the building for safety purposes.  

Parents:  If you need to make a payment or ask question we ask that you park in the main parking lot, then enter through the side door where you dropped off your player.
